HISTORY

Gateway Hunger Relief Center was established in 2006 with the vision to provide a food outlet for those in need, in the Richmond area. The Church board became the governing board for the newly formed outreach and a director was named to begin the planning process. The biblical principle on which the pantry was founded upon was the commission to feed the poor.
